Ōzaka is back for his 2nd EP through Soigne Tes Oreilles.

Cologne based bass-eclecticist Ōzaka returns with new tracks to Soigne Tes Oreilles and delivers some of his most outstanding tunes to date. The reverbant and dark sample collages from his label debut are followed up by bright, emotional driven chord-progressions, a huge variety of rhythmic directions and slowly piled up arrangements with a special sense for hypnotising structures and tricky twists.

The Insomniac EP is all about a state of absence, being awake but half unconscious, abstract thoughts and ideas scattered all over the mind and leading everywhere and nowhere. Sometimes a few of these ideas and thoughts a returning at daytime and then it’s all about keeping it and harnessing it.

Three remixes are provided by talented producers from STO crew such as Ryuei Kotoge dropping the Japanese FG style to the Ōzaka tracks and Hà Bé giving his own atmosphere to the EP with an ambient track. Also, Mountal, young Cologne duo produced a fresh deep house remix built for dancefloor.
